Answers
- Do I have to order online? No, you can place orders directly through us by phone. To identify the photos you want, the most useful information to have is the filename under the image in the galleries.
- What is the meaning of the numbers and letters in the filenames online? It's a datestamp, a timestamp, and the name assigned by the camera. For example, 20070821_11_15_31_MG2773 was shot on August 21, 2007 at 11:15:31. The cameras are not on daylight savings time, so adjust accordingly.
- Can I buy digital versions? Yes. They're available through the galleries by adding to cart, then selecting "downloads". You can also contact me directly.
- How do I get the free prints in exchange for signed releases? Contact me!
- How do you keep your cameras dry? The cameras get wet, but they're proving to be surprisingly durable despite that. If it's raining I cover them with an Aquatech rain cover. If I shoot underwater I use an Ikelite housing.
